Nobody should trust software that an AI writes unsupervised and ships to production unchecked.
That is exactly why we use AI where it makes us faster and competitive — but everything is specified, reviewed, tested and verified before it reaches production. Behind it stand engineers who have run production systems since 1997 and know what to do when the AI does not. So you get the best of both worlds: the speed of modern tools and the reliability of experienced software engineering.

Nobody digs a basement by hand anymore — but no excavator decides where the house stands.

How we work

Spec-driven development: requirements, architecture, implementation and verification are described explicitly before code is written. With OpenSpec, the specification is the shared reference point for humans and coding agents.

  1. Specification

    Behaviour, constraints, data model and acceptance criteria are captured explicitly with OpenSpec.

  2. Implementation

    Coding agents implement the specification — guided by architecture decisions and reviews.

  3. Verification

    Tests, type checking and reviews check the change against the specification.

  4. Feedback

    Findings flow back into the specification — the loop restarts until the change is robust in substance and in code.
